The NOC for Lahore Smart City was approved in February 2021. Lahore Smart city is one of the societies among those that received their Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) in a much shorter time period.
The validity of NOC of Lahore Smart City can be verified from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Official website. Therefore, Lahore Smart City is a secure investment opportunity due to having approval from concerned authorities.

Sectors A and B of Lahore Smart City are the most important and developed sectors of this housing society. Developers have paid close attention to these sectors. As per management’s instructions, Lahore Smart City Logistic & Outlet Mall may also use only for commercial purposes. But it is, according to the proposed Lahore smart city master plan 2021, society may develop be constructed here of 4,12 and 15 Kanal.
Logistic & Outlet Mall can be accessed from the Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway and NH45 GT road. It is on the left side, right after Sports Districts. Also, it can directly be accessed from Lahore Eastern Bypass, Ring Road.
Gate Precinct
Lahore Smart City Gate Precinct will also be a commercial area. Society itself will construct or develop here. Gate precinct will be for mixed-use and retails. It will have service apartments, offices, commercials, 3- & 5-StarHotels, and mixed-use buildings. It’s not for sale either, as per Lahore Smart City Master Plan 2021. International fi rms may be given projects to established worldwide brands. It can be accessed from NH45 GT road andM11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. It is right after Sector B. It can be accessed from NH45 GT road.
Central Business District
Lahore Smart City Central Business District will be a center for all business activities. It will be the most significant commercial area in society, and it will be like a Main commercial hub. G+5 to G+10 high-rise buildings will be established in Central Business District. It has direct access from
NH45 GT road, and it can also be accessed from M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. Furthermore, this block can be accessed from Lahore Eastern Bypass M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway.
Silicon Valley Business Park
Silicon Valley Business Park is for business and commercial purposes. This block is to cover the technologies and Logistics departments. There will bean

Global Village
As the name suggests, Lahore Smart City Global Village is only for commercial purposes. There will be no residential properties here, and different Brands will be disclosed here for commercial purposes only. Mixed-use buildings will construct here for commercial and retails purposes. It is next to Silicon Valley Business Park and can be accessed from NH45 GT road
Downtown Lahore
Downtown is next to Boulevard Heights and between Waterfront View zone 1 and Overseas 1, making its location relatively prime inside the Society. Moreover, it can help quickly from all four access points: Lahore Eastern Bypass, NH45 GT road, Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway, and Lahore Chak 44 road. The streets here are 350 ft long, and big high-rise commercial plots will be 4,810,12 commercial plots.
Boulevard Heights
Boulevard Heights & Commercial Block can be accessed from Lahore Chak 44 road. There will be markets of 8 marlas and 10 marla high buildings, the same as in a commercial block. How ever, according to Lahore Smart City Master plan 2021, it is not for sale until now and only for commercial purposes.

This block has a lot of fitness & health facilities. Gyms, badminton courts, football stadiums, cricket stadiums, racetracks, etc., will be developed here. Most of the Gym’s construction has already been started.
Some residential apartments will also be constructed here. There will also be shops of food and beverages shops. Lahore Smart City sports Block can be accessed from the Point C (Master Map)access point, Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. Entering from this point, the sports district is on the left side. It can be accessed from Lahore Eastern Bypass and NH45 GT road.
Grand Jamia Mosque & Central Park
Lahore Smart City Grand Kamia Mosque is in Central Park, right after Health & Education and Food tech valley, if you enter from the access point of the M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. This sector is also accessible from the B Point (Master Map), which is NH45 GT road. Other sectors will have mosques too. Moreover, this block can be reached from Lahore Eastern Bypass M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. About 600 Kanal has been reserved for Central Park.
Health District
Lahore Smart City Health District will be a one-stop solution for any health problems. Owners and developers have planned to develop hospitals, clinics, and laboratories here. A while ago, Developers also designed to create a pink ribbon hospital here. It will be for only commercial purposes and not for sale. It is also quite accessible from outside the society. Lahore Smart City Health District is on the right side while entering from the access point on Lahore M11-Lahore Sialkot Motorway. It can be accessed from Lahore Eastern Bypass and NH45 GT road.

Food Tech Valley
Lahore Smart City Food Tech Valley will be an example for all the other laboratories in the country. Lahore Market And Bus Terminal
Like its name, there will be a bus terminal in it. Moreover, bus lines will start from here inside and outside the society. An interchange is expected to construct here.
